Government Arts & Commerce College offers admissions across various academic programmes, including:
- Intermediate (Arts & Commerce)
- Associate Degree Programmes (ADCOM & ADA)
- Bachelor of Studies (BS) Programmes
The admission schedule and eligibility criteria for each level are outlined below:
Intermediate Programmes (Arts & Commerce)
Admission Schedule:
- Admissions are open during the months of May and June each year
- Classes commence in August
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must have passed Matriculation from one of the following recognised examination boards:
- Federal Board
- Any Provincial Board
- Aga Khan Board
- O Levels (with equivalency certificate)
Associate Degree Programmes (ADCOM & ADA)
Admission Schedule:
- The admission process is subject to the academic calendar issued by Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur
- Dates for admissions and commencement of classes are announced accordingly
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must have passed Intermediate (HSSC) or equivalent from:
- Federal Board
- Any Provincial Board
- Aga Khan Board
- A Levels (with equivalency certificate)
BS (Bachelor of Studies) Programmes
Admission Schedule:
- Admissions are announced in the month of November
- Entry tests and interviews are conducted in December
- Classes begin in January
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must hold one of the following qualifications:
- Intermediate (HSSC)
- A Levels (with equivalency certificate)
- 3-Year Diploma (DAE or equivalent)

General Admission Guidelines
- Admission forms must be submitted with all required documents before the deadline
- Original documents must be presented for verification
- Admission is subject to availability of seats in the respective program
- The college reserves the right to cancel any admission if incorrect information is provided
- Fee structure and payment schedule will be provided at the time of admission
Required Documents
- Attested copies of all academic certificates and transcripts
- Character certificate from the last institution attended
- CNIC/B-Form of the student
- Father's/Guardian's CNIC copy
- Six recent passport-size photographs
- Equivalency certificate (for foreign qualifications)
- Migration certificate (for students from other boards)
