Note: Students with HSSC Examination in Pre-Medical must pass a deficiency course in mathematics (six credit hours) in the first two semesters as per National Computing Accreditation Council requirements.
General Admission Requirements
- Every candidate must fill the admission form available from approved branches of Habib Bank Limited upon payment.
- Submit the completed form with all required documents at the approved bank branches.
- Provide three copies of recent photographs (two passport size and one 1'x1½"), duly attested.
- Candidates must have passed H.S.C Part-II Intermediate Examination (Annual/Supplementary 2017 to 2020) or equivalent with minimum 50% marks for Arts/Commerce students.
- Holders of Bachelor's pass degrees are not eligible for BS programs.
- Foreign students require nomination from the Ministry of Education, Government of Pakistan.
Required Documents
- Original pass certificate of last qualifying examination with attested copies
- Transfer Certificate from last attended college/institute
- Character Certificate from last attended college/institute
- For students from other boards/universities: Eligibility Certificate from Shaikh Ayaz University, Shikarpur (provisional admission may be granted initially)
Important Policies
Note: All admissions are provisional until approved by the Vice Chancellor, who reserves the right to refuse admission without stating reasons.
Academic Policies
- No department changes after admission
- Students must complete all assigned work to teachers' satisfaction
- Minimum 75% attendance required for examination eligibility
- No external examinations permitted during enrollment
Disciplinary Policies
- Students must maintain proper conduct on and off campus
- Forcible occupation of college facilities results in automatic admission cancellation
- College is not responsible for student transportation
Re-admission & Facilities
- Re-admission requires Vice-Chancellor approval
- Alumni access to facilities requires prior permission
- All students must obtain identity cards (Rs.200 fee for duplicates)
