Scholarships for Poor, Needy, and Meritorious Students
🗓 FROM THE DATE OF ADVERTISEMENT TO 31st JULY 2025
Government of Sindh through Sindh Educational Endowment Fund Trust is providing scholarships to the students hailing from low income groups and meritorious students to acquire quality higher education from reputable Public and Private sector Universities/Institutions. This scholarship covers cost of only one year tuition fee for the academic year 2024–2025.
SCHOLARSHIP AVAILABLE FOR FOLLOWING DISCIPLINES IN UNIVERSITIES/INSTITUTIONS INCLUDING IN THE SEEF TRUST PANEL:
- Medical (MBBS)
- Medical (BDS)
- Doctor of Physiotherapy
- Pharmacy, D-Pharmacy
- BS Nursing (4 year program - Only for notified Medical Universities/Institutions)
- All Engineering Disciplines
- BS Social Science
- Business Administration
- LLB (5 Years)
- Information Technology
- Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- The applicant must be domiciled of Sindh and permanent resident of Province of Sindh.
- The eligible candidates shall be enrolled in approved institutions/universities included in the SEEF Trust Panel for the academic year 2024–25.
- A minimum GPA of 2.5 or 50% marks for ordinary students to meet the eligibility criteria.
- The applicant must not be receiving any other scholarship from any other institution/commission of Government of Sindh.
- Students whose parents are employed by government service shall be required to produce Service Certificate and Salary Slip duly attested by Head of the Institution/Department.
- The form of students placed under self-financing scheme or admitted under any other special quota will not be entertained.
- Students must submit Bonafide Certificate issued by concerned Head of Institution mentioning enrollment in the same Institution. Certificate shall be verified from Small Boards, Universities/Institutions, Focal Persons appointed by SEEF Trust.
- 🎯 This Endowment Fund covers tuition fee only for one academic year 2024–25.
INELIGIBILITY
- The outside SEEF panel, self-financing scheme, overseas admission, failure and incomplete documentation shall not be entertained.
- The scholarship shall be granted for one academic year time students / courses are not eligible for SEEF scholarship.
- Student already enrolled in the academic year 2023-24 and onward are not eligible.
- Admission under self-financing scheme shall not be eligible for the scholarship.
- Fake and tampered documents shall be liable to legal action.

Note: The universities are required to display alert on their websites to facilitate students belonging to low-income groups that they are eligible to apply for Sindh Educational Endowment Fund Scholarship.
The Universities are required to collect hard copies of the scholarship application form along with all required documents from students and verify the documents/information and finally submit to the Endowment Fund office.
Incomplete application form will not be entertained.
